Notification Description: The WebVRAM project team will perform a database purge on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, and Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time. During this maintenance window, users will still be able to log in; however, intermittent connectivity issues may occur if table locking impacts system performance.



Affected Application: WebVRAM



Work Around: If CPRS access is needed during the maintenance window, please complete the following steps:
• At least 10 minutes prior to the maintenance window: Sign in to WebVRAM and sync to all remote locations.
• During the maintenance window: Launch CPRS using the CPRS Launcher application by selecting the appropriate VISN and site, then clicking “Launch CPRS.”
