Telehealth Management Platform Users

Notification Description: This is an informational alert. Technical Support Tiers will be updating the 7-digit alias IDs generate by the Telehealth Management Platform (TMP) used initiate the Virtual Medical Room (VMR) IDs to prevent duplicate links from occurring in the future when creating scheduled VMR appointments. This update will occur on Friday, September 25, 2026, 9:00 PM ET. This action is required to maintain the security and privacy of the platforms and hosted conferences. Due to the nature of the update and the timeframe of implementation, service interruptions are not expected, and no patient care should be impacted in support of this action.
