Doximity Dialer Users,

Notification Description: This is an informational alert regarding an upcoming new FY27 Doximity Dialer contract begins on October 1, 2026. VA health care professionals may continue using the Doximity dialer application to communicate with Veterans by telephone through September 30, 2027. VA is extending its contract with Doximity to support access to this technology. Please note: Use of Doximity video is not authorized for video appointments in VA. See Approved Video Technologies | WebEx | VHA Telehealth for information on authorized video platforms. The formal memo with VHA concurrence is working its way through concurrence and will be distributed in the very near future.
