Notification Description: This is an informational alert. On Thursday April 9, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM ET, Intrado will perform preventive maintenance on the Emergency Routing Services (ERS) Production Provisioning environment.

During this maintenance window:
• Provisioning via the Customer Portal and the SOAP API may be intermittently unavailable.
• Users may receive a "504 Gateway Timeout" when accessing the Portal.
• Users may encounter "SOAP fault" or "503 Service Unavailable" responses from the SOAP API.

There will be no impact to 9-1-1 call delivery.
